Am 09.09.20 fand im Rahmen der Summerschool des Moduls „Collaboration in B2B value networks – use of laboratory experience for transfer to practice partners“, die in Kooperation Start4Chem angeboten wird, der erste Austausch mit Praxispartnern aus dem Bereich Chemie statt. Neben Marc Schreiber, der bei Covestro tätig ist und 2017/2018 die erste Startup-Challenge des Unternehmens mit „go clear“ gewann und seitdem als Venture Manager tätig ist, sprachen Dr. Jelena Stojadinovic, Gründerin des Startups Membrasenz, welches sich auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Kommerzialisierung von Gastrennmembranen spezialisiert hat und Martin Huber, Gründer des Startups Poligy, dessen Angebot aus einer nachhaltigen Bipolymerlösung zur Wärmerückgewinnung besteht, über Ihre Eindrücke und Erfahrungen hinsichtlich Kooperationen zwischen Startups und etablierten Unternehmen. Die 24 Studierenden der Chemie bzw. Wirtschaftswissenschaften hatten durch das interaktive Veranstaltungsformat die Chance spannende Einblicke in das Startup bzw. Industriegeschehen der Chemie in NRW zu erhalten und so dem Themenfeld der interorganisationalen Kollaboration und deren Herausforderungen auf den Grund zu gehen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei unseren Praxispartnern und TeilnehmerInnen für eine inspirierende Veranstaltung und bei Start4Chem für einen tollen Auftakt der gemeinsamen Veranstaltung und blicken gespannt auf die nächsten gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen.

On 09.09.20 the first exchange with practice partners from the field of chemistry took place in the context of the Summerschool of the module „Collaboration in B2B value networks – use of laboratory experience for transfer to practice partners„, which is offered in cooperation Start4Chem. In addition to Marc Schreiber, who works at Covestro and won the company’s first start-up challenge with „go clear“ in 2017/2018 and has been working as a venture manager since then, Dr. Jelena Stojadinovic, founder of the startup Membrasenz, which specializes in the development, production and commercialization of gas separation membranes, and Martin Huber, founder of the startup Poligy, whose product range consists of a sustainable bipolymer solution for heat recovery, spoke about their impressions and experiences regarding cooperations between startups and established companies. The 24 chemistry and economics students had the chance to gain exciting insights into the startup and industrial activities of the chemical industry in NRW through the interactive event format and thus get to the bottom of the topic of inter-organizational collaboration and its challenges.
