Dieses Mal erwartet uns ein Vortrag in englischer Sprache ✈ 🌍
Wir dürfen dafür unsere australische Forschungspartnerin Dr. Connie Zheng begrüßen. Dr. Zheng ist assoziierte Professorin für Human Resource Management (HRM) und Co-Direktorin des Centre for Workplace Excellence an der University of South Australia (UniSA). Ihre Forschungsergebnisse wurden genutzt, um Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter in die Lage zu versetzen, innovativ, widerstandsfähig und anpassungsfähig zu sein in einer sich wandelnden Welt mit vielen Herausforderungen, die sich aus der fortschreitenden globalen Integration von Märkten, Menschen und Technologien ergeben. In ihrem Vortrag mit dem Titel „Diversity and inclusion in leading international projects: A bibliometric analysis“ wird sie exklusive Einblicke in ihre Forschung geben.

We are pleased to welcome our Australian research partner Dr. Connie Zheng. Dr. Zheng is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Co-Director of the Centre for Workplace Excellence at the University of South Australia (UniSA). Her research findings have been used to enable organizations and employees to be innovative, resilient and adaptable to the changing world with many challenges stemming from continued global integration of markets, people and technology. In her presentation entitled „Diversity and inclusion in leading international projects: A bibliometric analysis“, she will provide exclusive insights into her research.
